Mim Campbell is the President and a charter member of the Lower Paint Creek Watershed Association (LPCWA). He and his wife, Nancy, live in Gallagher, WV.  Mim is a retired coal miner.  Along with his service to the LPCWA he also volunteers in his local neighbor watch commitee as President.  In the picture above Mim is being presented with the West Virginia Stream Partners Seed Grant 2008/2009. 
 
        Roy Vealey - Vice President

Roy Vealy is vice-president of  the LPCWA.  He and his wife Janet live in Holly Grove, WV.  Roy is retired from the West Virginia American Water company.   He is a member of the Standard Baptist Church on Paint Creek Road in Standard, WV.
